General Product Information:
Chempure 880 has been developed as a powerful antiscalant for use in evaporator systems to control the deposition of scale forming salts like calcium Sulphate and carbonates. Chempure 880 is an aqueous solution of a Polymeric dispersants and antifouling agent. It is compatible with all industrial water systems.
The use of Chempure 880 enables the system to extend the length of time between evaporator cleaned and substantially reduce the amount of chemical required for such cleaning.
Application:
Chempure 880 is effective against a range of inorganic scale forming species and typical examples of concentrate (concentrated salt solution in the evaporator system) saturation levels which may be achieved with Chempure 880 dosing are shown below:
Calcium carbonate : 3.5 Langelier Index Units
Calcium sulphate : 5 x Saturation index
Organic foul ants : To the some extent
