CHEMPURE DS 27-S has been developed as a special Descalant for cleaning Industrial equipments like Evaporator, Cooling towers, Coils, Heat exchangers and condensers.  Chempure DS 27-S is powder form of powerful Sulphamic acid base descaling chemical with suitable corrosion inhibitor.

Method of Application

The recommended quantity of Chempure DS 27-S has to be dissolved in water and circulated thro the equipment.  Connect the tank containing the descaling solution the equipment to be descaled by means of pipes or hoses.  Refer following figure.  The solution should enter at the lowest point of the equipment and leave from the highest point.  This will ensure uniform descaling.  The recommended temperature range for efficient descaling is 50–700 C.

Completion of Descaling

A sample of the descaling solution may be withdrawn periodically and tested for acidity or pH.  When descaling is complete the acidity / pH will remain constant.  If, however the solution shows no acidity / pH>4.0, more CHEMPURE DS 27-S should be added to the descaling solution and the process of descaling continued.
