CHEMPURE-9260 is a synthetic, Cationic flocculant for solid/ liquid separation process like clarifying, thickening, and decontamination in pretreatment and effluent treatment plants.

CHEMPURE-9260 is a high molecular Cationic copolymer. Thus, it is eminently suitable for flocculating sludge in industrial effluent treatment plants. The function of the polyelectrolyte is to confer opposite electric charges on the impurity molecules thus making them mutually attractive. This leads to agglomeration into larger particles, which will coagulate and finally settle down. Hence sludge can be readily dewatered with the aid of centrifuges, screen belt filter presses, recessed plate filter presses and vacuum filters.

Method of application

The recommended dose of CHEMPURE 9260 can be directly fed into water systems.
