General

CHEMPURE - 150 is a specialty formulation for reducing acid corrosion, soften the silica scale, Sludge conditioner and for general alkalinity boosting in boiler water. It also contains organic dispersants and anti-foaming agents.

Dosage and Feeding

CHEMPURE - 150 is to be dosed as per recommendations to maintain desired alkalinity levels. The dosage rate will largely depend upon the water characteristics.

CHEMPURE - 150 may be dosing by chemical dosage pump or may be directly Fed into the feed tank by gravity dosing or on shift basis.

Storage and Handling

The containers should be kept closed when not in use. No special handling procedure and equipment is required. Store in a cool and dry place. Workers handling the product should avoid contact with clothing or skin and should wear rubber gloves and goggles. Observe other precautions as usual.
